Kosher Dill Pickle – New York Style

A recipe variation from GUT. GUT. ( by Adina Bier:
„High in Antioxidants, Beta-Carotene, Vitamine C, E, & Electrolytes“

two, 2 liter mason jars
8-10 little cucumbers
7 g Sea Salt / 250 ml of filtered water
1 tbs Black Pepper
1 tbs Mustard Seeds
(1 tbs Dill Seeds)
4-5 Bay Leaves
handful fresh Dill
2 quartered garlic cloves

put cucumbers in ice water for around 20 min
quarter cucumbers
mix everything in mason jars

cover with lid. open ones in a while.
let stand for around 3-7 days
you can give them a try after you see bubbles forming around pickles
– refrigerate
